9 Preventive Kidnapping Measures like Cell Phone Detector Software for You and Your Kids

Child abductions are different from what we see on television and movies. Everyday around 2,100 children are reported missing in the United States.  Most of these cases are easily solved if parents are able to provide specific information about their child like eye color, height, weight, and a clear photograph of the child.

To those kids and teens that have been kidnapped, most of them are being abducted by their own family member and only 25 % are done by strangers. Kidnappings are not often done in schools. Two thirds of the kids that are kidnapped are mostly female children and abductions are mostly done by men.

Here are ways to prevent kidnapping:

Make sure you have ID photos of your children every six months.  Have them also finger printed as most local police department search use and sponsor fingerprinting programs.

Always update your child’s medical and dental records.

Ensure that you always provide online safety for your kids. Monitor your kids’ computer and internet activities very well.  Online communication is a great tool for perpetrators to stalk their victims. Some of these kidnappers use chatrooms and social media to be friends with your kids. In this internet age it is best that you keep tabs on your kids’ internet activities on the computer and phone.  To monitor your kids on the phone make sure you have a spy software for this one so you can see the different communication exchanges.

Also try to put boundaries where your children can go.  Do your best to keep an eye on them as they go to parks, malls, movie houses, restrooms. Have a cell phone detector software to know where they are.

Be wary of fundraising door to door activities and make sure you or an adult is there to supervise or accompany your kids when someone knocks at your door.

Make sure someone you trust are with your kids when they are in a car or in a stroller, at all times.
Carefully choose babysitters and childcare providers very well. Be sure to do your research and check their references.

If someone else will pick up your kids, inform your kids and the daycare or school security on who it will be, how they will identify the person.

Prevent dressing your kids with nameplates on it except in schools. However do have these identification cards in their bags or somewhere they can bring out in case they get lost.

But the best way to protect your kids is to install Easy Spy on their cell phone. This software can help you track your child's location with GPS. With this software, it would now be possible to monitor them 24/7.
